In order for your Estate Agent to sell your property, the Vendor (the seller) first needs to provide a Section 32 Vendors Statement.

about your property
- A Contract of Sale cannot be entered into until this Vendors Statement has been provided.

within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your instructions to do so.
